Mayo Clinic invests more than $1.2 Million in community grants in the first quarter of 2025
Mayo Clinic is pleased to support many community organizations and initiatives thus far in 2025. Through February, Mayo Clinic’s Community Contributions Program granted more than $1.2 million to strengthen community vibrancy, including programs for safe and affordable housing, access to healthy food, quality education and youth enrichment, healthcare access, mental health and substance use counseling, economic development, civic infrastructure, a healthy environment, and arts and cultural centers that inspire, build understanding and belonging for all residents. Highlights include:
Ability Building Community to support programs for adults with disabilities.
Alliance of Chicanos Hispanics and Latin Americans to support their Pata de Perro Bike Club, which recycles bicycles to give to area youth and adults in need.
American Red Cross to strengthen local disaster relief resources.
ARC Minnesota Inc. to support self-advocacy programs for residents with disabilities.
Celebration of a City to help sponsor 2025 Rochesterfest festivities.
Channel One Regional Food Bank and Food Shelf to help reduce food insecurity for residents.
Collider Foundation to provide mentoring services for entrepreneurs to promote a vibrant local economy.
Community Food Response Inc. to help rescue and redistribute food from area restaurants and cafeterias to people in need.
EarthFest to support their 2025 event celebrating local environmental sustainability efforts.
