Addressing food insecurity by supporting Channel One Food Shelf

Staff in Rochester and Midwest Primary Care know that food insecurity can be a significant barrier to health equity and well-being. This year, they chose to support Channel One Food Shelf in Rochester to help address the issue of food insecurity.

Channel One has its own food shelf supporting residents of Olmsted County and runs several mobile pantries for communities with limited access to food. It also provides items from its food bank to food shelves and pantries in 14 counties across the region.
