Leadership Greater Rochester is a community-focused leadership development program offered through the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce that promotes personal, professional and community leadership development through a series of personal and team-based learning activities. Participants attend enrichment programs throughout the year and work collaboratively on a community impact project with other participants from a variety of professional backgrounds.

The 2021–2022 class will consist of a diverse group of professionals from across Southeast Minnesota who will represent area businesses and organizations. They will meet all day one Thursday each month from August 2021 to May 2022.

Mayo Clinic will sponsor up to 10 staff members to participate in the program.

Ideal candidates will:

  • Have five or more years of professional experience in their fields.
  • Be genuinely interested in building their personal and community leadership capabilities.
  • Be dedicated to the advancement of their professions, organizations and community.

Participants will need to be able to attend the full-day sessions and have approval from their supervisors to be away from work on those days.
