Mayo Clinic Health System in SWMN team participates in Pedal Past Poverty to support Mankato area housing efforts

Mayo Clinic Health System (MCHS)’s Northridge Clinic participated in Pedal Past Poverty on Feb. 24. This annual fundraising event benefits Partners for Housing, a local nonprofit that supports people who are experiencing housing insecurity in the region. The MCHS “Spinning Smurfs” team raised over $2,200, and the entire event raised over $62,000. MCHS in Mankato also sponsored the event.

Mayo Clinic Health System is committed to addressing health disparities and ensuring essential programs, like emergency housing, are available to the community and patients through local partnerships and as supported by staff engagement.
